Philanthropic foundation’s Taastõusmine (Rising Again) work is rehabilitation of alcohol addicts and substance abusers. It was established in 2002 and it provides help for both men as well as women. In addition to rehabilitation, it provides help for single mothers, retired persons, orphaned children, released inmates, victims of crime, people with AIDS and addicts. Rehabilitation centers of the foundation are operating in Järva county and Lääne-Viru county.
