Kunda Methodist Church was established in 1925. It functioned only for three years and then its members joined with Rakvere Methodist Church. Re-foundation meeting of the church was held in 1994. Since that time, the work of the church has been in Russian language.
Through the help of a new pastor, Kunda Methodist Church has a fresh stimulus in its activities. Worship services are organized, pastoral conversations are conducted and there are prayer groups operating at people’s homes. Adults as well as elderly people are included into church activities and currently the church is working on launching its youth work. A big celebration will take place when there is church anniversary.
